All boxes are hand-packed. We currently ship throughout the UK. For international orders, please subscribe to the newsletter for the latest news.

– Processing time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 10 working days of purchase.
– Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 5 working days after dispatch. Express delivery options are available at checkout.
– Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on box size and delivery location.
– Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Please order early if you’re planning for a specific event date — our boxes are popular around holidays!

We want you to love your party box!
– If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us at boxandparty@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
– Unopened boxes may be returned within 5 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
– Because our boxes are curated for specific dates, we can’t accept returns on used or partially opened boxes.
